Travel, personally arranged.
Safaris, islands and slow city escapes, planned one conversation at a time by your Fora travel advisor in South Africa.
I plan journeys the way I'd want my own planned: the right camp for the season, the room with the view, and someone to message when the ferry runs late.

Dates worth planning around
The best rooms and flights go first. These are the windows to act on now.
Each date is the last sensible day to book for that window. It disappears from the list once it has passed.

Questions, answered
About privileges, payments and planning.
Does it cost more to book through you?
Usually not. Partner hotels pay me a commission, so you get the same or a similar rate to booking direct, often with extra privileges. If a trip ever needs a planning fee, I'll tell you before we start.
What are Fora privileges, exactly?
At partner hotels, booking through a Fora advisor can add extras like daily breakfast, an upgrade when available, early check-in or late checkout when possible, and hotel credits. They depend on the hotel and rate, and I confirm them before you book.
How does payment work?
You pay the hotel, airline or booking platform directly, through their own secure payment process. I never take payments on this website, and I'll never ask for card or bank details by form, email or WhatsApp.
Who's responsible for passports and visas?
I'll give you a document checklist and point you to the official sources, but travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements. Rules change, so always confirm with the relevant embassy or official government website.
What if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Changes and cancellations follow each supplier's terms, and some bookings are non-refundable. I explain the key terms before you book and help with any changes.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. I strongly recommend comprehensive cover from the day you book, including medical and cancellation cover. Some countries require proof of medical insurance on arrival.
Start a conversation
Tell me where you're dreaming of, when, and who's coming. I'll come back with ideas, with no obligation to book.
Please don't send passport or payment details until a booking needs them, and then only as the supplier instructs.
Tell me about your trip on WhatsApp or by email: where, when, how many travellers and a rough budget.
