Our role as your travel advisor

We research options, give you advice and arrange bookings on your behalf with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators and booking platforms.

Each booking is a contract between you and the supplier, under the supplier's own terms and conditions, including their cancellation, change and refund rules. We'll explain the key terms before you book, but we are not responsible for a supplier's failure to provide its services.

Payments

You pay the supplier or booking platform directly, using their own secure payment process. This website never takes payments, and we will never ask you to send card or bank details by form, email or WhatsApp.

Prices, availability and travel information

Prices and availability are set by suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed. Destination information on this website is general and can change, especially entry, visa and health rules.

Your responsibilities as a traveller

You are responsible for having a valid passport, the right visas and any health requirements (such as vaccinations) for every country on your trip, and for checking them with the relevant embassy or official government source before you travel. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book.
